VPAG

VPAG (Voluntary Scheme for Branded Medicines Pricing, Access and Growth) is an agreement between the UK Government and the pharmaceutical industry that limits how much the NHS spends on branded medicines while supporting patient access to new treatments. In practice, companies pay rebates to the NHS if spending grows above an agreed level, helping keep the medicines budget under control.
