I'm a health economist and HEOR consultant, and I run the largest HEOR channel in the world. I've spent more than a decade on both sides of the table, inside pharma and in consulting. I have worked on cost-effectiveness modelling, market access strategy and reimbursement evidence. Today I teach the field to a global professional audience.
Here's the thing: almost nobody is handed HEOR as a structured whole. I learned it the way most people do, in fragments, on real projects, filling gaps as I went.
