HEOR Fundamentals
Terms & Refund Policy
These terms apply when you buy a place on the HEOR Fundamentals course. Please read them before you enrol. When you tick the box to accept these terms at checkout, you agree to them.
1. Who you are buying from
The course is provided by Von Hein Consulting Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17164974). You can contact us at [email protected].
2. What you are buying
A place on HEOR Fundamentals, a self-paced online video course. Your place includes:
- 12 core modules, plus an orientation module, a bonus module and a recap module
- live Q&A sessions
- lifetime access to the course materials
- a certificate of completion
3. Early access
The course is in early access. This means that not all modules are released yet. When you enrol, you get access to every module released so far. You then get each further module when it is released, at no extra cost.
The course page shows the full curriculum. During early access, we can improve the content and the order of the modules. We will not remove a core topic that the course page lists.
4. Price, VAT and invoicing
You pay the price shown at checkout when you buy. The early-access price is £1,150, exclusive of VAT, until 31 December 2026. A later price change does not affect a place you have already bought.
VAT is calculated and added at checkout, based on your location. Business customers in the EU can enter a valid VAT number where the reverse charge applies. You receive a receipt and a VAT invoice by email when you pay.
5. When your access starts
Your access starts when we set up your account on the course portal. You receive an access email with your login link within one working day of payment.
6. Your right to cancel
If you buy as a consumer, the law normally gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). For digital content, this right ends when access to the content begins, if you have agreed to that.
By ticking the box to accept these terms at checkout, you:
- expressly ask for your access to start straight away, inside the 14-day cancellation period, and
- acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once your access has started.
We confirm this in the welcome email you receive after payment.
Before your access starts, you can still cancel. Email [email protected] before your access email arrives and we refund you in full.
If you buy as a business, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply. These terms decide refunds.
7. Refunds after your access has started
After your access has started, the purchase is non-refundable. This is because the course materials are available to you from that point. This does not affect your statutory rights in section 8.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the course must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and provided with reasonable care and skill. If it is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to the remedies the law gives you.
9. Founding cohort purchases
If you bought a founding-cohort place before 7 October 2026, the terms that applied when you bought still apply to your purchase. The founding cohort reached its minimum number of places and started on 15 September 2026.
10. How to contact us or ask for a refund
For any question about your purchase, a cancellation or a refund, email [email protected]. We reply promptly.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
